We are recruiting skilled and personable Bartenders for casual and temporary roles across bars, hotels, restaurants, and event venues. Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and soft beverages
- Taking accurate drink orders from customers and/or waitstaff
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Handling cash and card payments accurately using the till or POS system
- Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines
- Washing glassware, cleaning bar surfaces, and restocking cellar and bar supplies
- Upholding all health & safety, licensing, and food hygiene standards
Skills / Qualifications
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred — full training provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wines, and draught beer service is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good numeracy skills for handling payments and operating a till
- Awareness of Challenge 25 / Think 25 licensing policies
- Flexible and reliable with a commitment to punctuality and professional presentation
